I ran into this intriguing group of Northstate outdoor enthusiasts. And where better than the Redding area to be enthused about the outdoors?

Northern California Outdoor Adventurers is at the link. I first ran into them retweeting a notice about a meetup that was hiking up to the top of Lassen by the light of the full moon a few days ago. They posted some pictures at the link, and it was dark, evidently. Anyway, it looks like these folks just want to have fun together, and enjoy our region’s abundant natural bounty of goodness.
